"The Fars news agency, which is linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, denied any talks, saying there were neither direct nor indirect communications with the US, and the state-owned IRNA newspaper reported that Iran’s foreign ministry said no negotiations had taken place with the US. China has urged the parties involved in the conflict in the Middle East, particularly the United States and Israel, to halt military operations and warned that the ongoing war could harm global development if it prolongs. China's special envoy for the Middle East did not explicitly name any country but stated that whoever created the problem should resolve it.
